My own journey through yoga and meditation began over 10 years ago and very quickly became an important part of life. My mind and body responded to the wholeness of experience in my first yoga class, I loved the feeling of my whole body alive, energised with calm open awareness that came from practice. I continued to practice and study yoga with variety of teachers and yoga styles for many years. This focused experience showed me the very real benefits of yoga, with benefits spreading across all parts of my life: my health, inner balance to my emotions and thinking, my ability to breathe and to create calm in myself. I was hooked and it was immediately very clear to me that my passionate desire was to teach yoga and inspire its benefits to people everywhere.
There is no single universal rule for health, there are many ways as there are individuals, so it’s up to us individually to discover what works for us, what makes us feel alive well and balanced each and every day. There are, however, general principles to understand to support our individual creative well being and balance in life and yoga is a very powerful tool of transformation that works for everyone!
Everyone wants to feel well, with loads of energy and creativity to live life to the full, feeling amazing with health, contentment, fun and peace. Our health and well being is priceless so time invested in our health and well being is money well spent, with the return on investment being priceless. We all live very full, sometimes pressured lives so its vital to make time for a regular health practice that brings positive benefits to our body, mind and life with yoga, healthy eating and positive thinking. This is a natural outcome when we feel good about ourselves, and you never regret the good feeling of stretching into yourself after a yoga session!
Regular yoga practice is transformative, truly changes you and you have an appreciation for all that life offers. You feel alive real and energised. When you feel good, your thinking changes and so does your energy and creativity. You appreciate yourself, your body and your health and you treat it with care and respect feed it well and rest and respect it with love and appreciation.
My philosophy? Believe in yourself, be true to yourself, follow your dream and fulfill your potential. Value your health and make every effort to maintain and preserve it.
With Love
